The United States is going to take a decision to ban importing the products which are made by workers who are allegedly tortured. And a bill is on the table to be signed by the president Barak Obama, reports AP.If this bill be signed, RMG produced by harassed female workers, fish caught by forced labors in southeast Asia and gold uploaded by child labor in Africa would be banned in US market.The bill has been passed in senate by 75-20 vote. If the bill is granted, some 350 products in employment ministry which are allegedly produced by forced labors and child labors would be banned to import.The report says that, Thailand export a lot of sea-fish to US market, and these fish are caught by slave of forced labors. These sea-foods are sold in the famous chain-shop in US.But this bill would not hamper the RMG sector of Bangladesh. RMG related persons said, female workers are working spontaneously in RMG factories. There is no torturing incident in Bangladeshi RMG. And child labor is totally prohibited in this sector.
