An agreement was signed between the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority and M/s CS Bangla Limited in BEPZA Complex, Dhaka Monday. Mr. Abdul Halim Molla, Member (Investment Promotion) of BEPZA and Mr. Do Kyun Kim, Managing Director of M/s. CS Bangla Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations. South Korean company M/s. CS Bangla Limited will invest US$ 25 million to establish a tent & outdoor camping items manufacturing industry in Mongla Export Processing Zone, said a statement. This fully foreign owned company will produce annually 4.3 million pieces of tent, sleeping bag, camping chair, bags & other accessories. CS Bangla Ltd will create employment opportunity for 1500 Bangladeshi nationals. Nurul Haque, General Manager (Enterprise Service) and Ahsan Kabir, General Manager (Investment Promotion) of BEPZA were present at the signing ceremony.
