On the backdrop of huge response from the exhibitors and visitors, the organisers of Bangladesh Denim Expo are going to double the size of the expo in its 5th edition.The 5th edition of the expo will be held on 8th and 9th November 2016 at International Convention City, Bashundhara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.For the first time, the expo will be held in two halls where 100 exhibitors, including readymade garment manufacturers and denim fabric mills from Bangladesh and 17 other countries, will display their products.About 8000 visitors, including buyers and denim connoisseurs, from across the world are expected to attend this edition of the expo. According to the expo organiser, the last edition of the Denim Expo held in April this year was attended by 4000 trade visitors from around the world.A total of 50 participants, 37 foreign companies from 13 countries, took part in the Denim Expo to display their products.The participants include entrepreneurs from apparel sector, apparel traders, fashion professionals and industry stakeholders from Europe, US, UK, Germany, Italy, India, China, Pakistan, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Japan, Spain and Brazil.The CEO of Bangladesh Denim Expo Md. Mostafiz Uddin said: “A good number of exhibitors are waiting to join us. So, we are going to make the expo venue bigger so that we could accommodate more exhibitors.”Moreover, the expo has become a much-hyped event in the international denim calendar. That’s why we are also trying to expand the scale of the expo on a par with the expectations.Bangladesh Denim Expo, a non-profit and non-government organisation organise the international denim trade show in Bangladesh to promote the Brand Bangladesh in global denim industry.
