BRAC University and the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) signed an MoU to support the Digital RMG Factory Mapping in Bangladesh Programme at the university’s Centre Entrepreneurship Development (CED). Advisor to CED Professor Rahim Bin Talukdar and BGMEA President Siddiqur Rahman exchanged documents in this regard at the BGMEA building on Thursday, reports UNB. Under the agreement, this programme will provide accurate, credible and updated RMG factory information to industry stakeholders in a manner that enhances confidence in the ability of the sector to contribute to equitable development in Bangladesh.
